It Seems that I have neglected this blog a bit lately...

but the truth of the matter is that we have literally been quite busy.... let me give you a quick recap of whats going on now:

Ok so we found our nice 4th floor appartment (well actually 3rd since here they count the ground floor as the first floor, anyway...) and have been enjoying it quite thourougly for the past month and a half (or is it more? I cant remember) - we've still got the same old scooter - and our jobs are pressing down on us like a ton of bricksl.

I have Three Projects to Handle now, a GTZ Stakeholder perception Survey, a Study of an experiment conducted on 6 northern mountain provinces here in Vietnam and final a tracer study on what graduates are doing (as if we do anything! ha!) - before you feel sorry for me know that Jodie has a couple of tons more in that she has to coordinate and prepare a Business report for the NILP (national insitute of labour here in Hanoi) for a semi permanent exhibition that needs to fund itself, this without the help of our NILP main contact that refuses to help... anyhow, he has been a bit of a git and decided not to help .... Sods on him though, its his department that will be in the shits later ..... anyhow, she has all of my support (in fact I have taken over all her other jobs since this one is quite tight on deadlines (two weeks to do it)).

Hence we havent been exactly lolling about doing nothing (though I sometimes wish I was) even though we have had leisure time (I fall like a mighty Hammer oF Retribution on anyone who dares even mention to me that I might have to work on weekends - if I do its gonna have to be voluntary - like last weekend - not imposed - not for our wage anyhow) but its usually been "our" leisure time, since is just nice to relax!
